A comfortable and bright cottage
The ocean cottage is a 23 m² studio with VMC, television, WIFI, networkthernet, fitted kitchen (dishwasher, 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer section, microwave, espresso coffee machine), dining area with high bar chairs, 160 bed, sofa, separate bathroom with shower 140. Washing machine in garage at the back of the studio (separate access). The outdoor space is private with a wooden terrace, teak table, parasol, deck chairs
An ideal location to do everything on foot or by bike
Weekly rental, in furnished tourist accommodation, of a new wooden studio with outdoor terrace, ocean cabin version on stilts, with equipped kitchen and small garden. This cabin in wood is located ideally close to the pedestrian street, the market and especially the ocean. Everything is accessible but we will lend you bikes for rides on the cycle paths or along the ocean equipped with a Chaucidou (gentle traffic roadway for bicycles)

Rental agreement with a 25% deposit upon booking by bank transfer (non-refundable) - balance due before the date of cancellation, which can be made at least 14 days before the arrival date.
Digital deposit €500
Studio cleaning deposit €100 - check not cashed or cash
The cottage must be left clean, including vacuumed and washed floors, washed kitchen and bathroom countertops, and cleaned toilet/shower.
Holiday vouchers are accepted, but not bank checks.
The Gîte de l'Océan is registered with the Town Hall and the Tourist Office of Montalivet.
