The 3-star (2025) Gîte de l'Océan is a magnificent wooden cabin perched on stilts, modern and bathed in light. This elegantly designed cabin with a kitchen is ideal for two people, perfect for a relaxing week by the water. Everything is within walking or cycling distance (bikes are available free of charge), and it's just 300 meters from the ocean and the famous Montalivet open-air market.

Comfortable and bright accommodation
The Ocean Cottage is a 23 m² studio equipped with a ventilation system, television, Wi-Fi, Ethernet connection, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a two-burner induction hob, an extractor hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and an espresso machine. It also features a dining area with bar stools, a 160 cm bed, two armchairs, and a separate bathroom with a 140 cm shower. A washing machine is available in the garage located at the rear of the studio, with separate access. The private outdoor space includes a wooden deck, a teak table, a parasol, and sun loungers.
We offer weekly rentals during peak season, with a minimum stay of three nights outside of July and August, for a brand-new, fully furnished wooden studio apartment. This studio, featuring an outdoor terrace and built on stilts in the style of an oceanfront cabin, offers a fully equipped kitchen and a small garden. Ideally located near the pedestrian street, the market, and most importantly, just 300 meters from the ocean, accessible via a charming forest path. While everything is within walking distance, bicycles are available for exploring the bike paths or cycling along the coast.

The 23 m² studio is rented on the basis of a maximum of 2 people and includes: Bedroom/living room/equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom

Linen for 2 people (sheet, cotton gauze duvet cover and bath/hand towels) with each change request: €30

End-of-stay cleaning: €50

5% discount for rentals of 2 weeks or more

Tourist tax: €1.70 per person per night (to be updated according to new 2026 CDC rates)

Rental agreement sent by email (to be signed and returned within the deadlines indicated in the agreement) with a 25% deposit upon booking by bank transfer (non-refundable) - balance due upon arrival

Cancellation must be made at least 14 days before the arrival date.
