An ideal location to relax with family or friends
Two-storey house located in the quiet area of Pey-Mayan in Vendays-Montalivet, 5 km from the beach. Cycle path which leads to the ocean 300 m from the gîte. Weekly rental, in furnished tourist accommodation, of a completely renovated house, on a fenced plot of 3,000 m2, with wooden interior with a refined design and furnished in a contemporary way. On the ground floor, large living room, dining room with table for 10 place settings, 2nd closed living room with fireplace and television area, equipped and functional kitchen, two bedrooms with king-size 180 cm beds and air conditioning (new bedding and 27 cm mattresses). ), bathroom with large walk-in shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms with air conditioning: with a bedroom with two beds; in 90 (new 30 cm mattress) which can be transformed into a king-size bed in 180, another bedroom with 160 bed and 20 cm latex mattress, which can be separated into two 80 cm beds, desk, and games and television area for the children.
A comfortable and bright cottage
The gîte de la bécassière is comfortable, bright with many French windows opening onto the outside. At the back of the house, to the South, a large covered terrace with barbecue and large table, overlooking a large plot of land with magnificent oak trees and the forest on the dividing boundary. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Linen includes (Sheets and hduvet cover in 180, 2x90 and 160 in cotton gauze, servedtoilet towels, tea towels, floor mats) Package €100 for the 4 rooms
Price (sheets and towels) 30 €/bed in 180 or 160 for 2 people and 20€/bed in 90 for 1 personOnne.
Housekeeping is obligatory: 100 € entire house (the gîte must be made clean, cleared, bins emptied, dishwasher emptied,raps releaseds and folded (cautiwecondition of the house or cleaning done according to the option chosen).
